World of Warcraft - item upgrader Upgrading

Item upgrading (http://www.ksye.cn/) allows players to boost an item's gear score up to 700 and also add a final perk. Items can be upgraded if they're in your inventory and you bring them to the Kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading due to their distinctive stats. (For instance an excellently broken point armor that is rolled can be used in melee PvP). Other items such as weapons don't really change after an upgrade and therefore aren't worth the effort.

Weapons

For items that only see use in a specific build (Whistant's shield for FB Sorcs, for example) upgrading them can make them unusable unless you have an extremely fortunate roll.

The ability to upgrade armor items to increase their performance. This can boost the defense base of a helm or chest while belts and gloves will boost their required strength and agility. Armor offers a rerolling option for its Enhanced Defense%. This means that it is able to reroll down to a lower value.

The upgrade template of a weapon will show the new stats that it will gain when upgrading, along with the relative values of those stats. This means that a change from a sword with 8 damage to an 11 attack-damage sword will result in a weapon receiving 33% attack damage. The 3% doesn't mean that the weapon will hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

Rerolling a weapon is possible by pressing the green button on the item menu using the arrows that are circling. This will roll the item and change its stats, however, it will not reset the weapon's level nor bind to account status.

Armor

A few upgrades to your armor can make all the difference in your ability to survive. Certain sets provide massive boosts to poison, curse, fire and magic resistance, which can make traversing tough areas a breeze. Generally speaking, the more defense your character is, the more value you will get from each point of health you possess and it's crucial to upgrade your armor as much as possible.

To improve your armor, head to one of the Great Fairy Fountains in the game. There are four Great Fairy Fountains within the game and in order to unlock them all, you must complete a side quest that involves the Stable Trotters. Once you've completed the main quest, and the corresponding fountains, you'll have the option of talking to any Great Fairy in order to unlock the menu for upgrading armor.

The amount of materials needed to upgrade each piece of armor will vary. In general, you'll be looking at anything from three to five Red Chuchu Jellies and ten Rupees for the initial upgrade, then anywhere between five Rubies and ten Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns for each subsequent one. The Champion Leathers, as an example can be upgraded to an increase of 5 defense rating, which will allow you to keep up in frigid conditions with a lot of enemies. The Snowquill Headdress, on the other is able to be upgraded to +20 defense to ensure you're able to withstand a rout with your friends.

You can't upgrade your armor the same as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior it is best to focus on upgrading your armor to increase physical power or the power of spells. In general players should upgrade their most important items first. This means that the top-in slot items for each class are first upgraded before their secondary gear, and then other pieces of equipment they won't replace anytime soon (such as an earring or a cloak). It is also important to consider your class's preferred stats when selecting the items to upgrade. For instance when Haste and Crit are the two most important stats for a tank, they should prioritize upgrading their chest, helm, shoulders, and belt.

Trinkets can be re-upgraded to a higher ilvl after they are no longer useful, and the new trinket can be upgraded to have an additional upgrade bonus of 1. However, a re-upgrade will destroy the old trinket until it is saved using the Black Lion Salvage Kit or a higher-tier salvage tool. Upgrades to trinkets can be more expensive than other upgrades but still less expensive than buying new ones.
