World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide

The Upgrade item is a special evolution item that trainers can use to transform Porygon into Porygon2. This transformation requires an Upgrade, a Sinnoh Stone, and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools. They can be used to add an additional benefit or impact while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors or players, scavenged or gotten as rewards, or created by crafting materials. Alongside providing bonus attributes, upgrade items can also be cosmetically beneficial.

Upgrade components can include inscriptions, enhancements, and infusions. They are not generally available for general use and can only be used on equipment that is ascended or on certain weapons that are not ascending from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, and enrichments can be recovered from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device or salvaged using a Blacklion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Unlike other upgrade items, Phoenix Boxes can be traded while still connected to the item they are upgrading, and they can be reused after they are salvaged. These upgrade items can be used to boost weapon and armor quality, without spending Dilithium. They can increase the chances that the item will be upgraded to a top quality upgrade.

Upgrade components can be added to an item however, the original one is destroyed (except for legendaries and Ascended equipment). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or greater. Adding an upgrade to an existing weapon equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade will display the name of the upgraded item as it appears in the game (for instance, adding the Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can only own up to three upgrade items at once.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be an excellent addition to any product. They provide unique benefits and boosts. Certain glyphs increase the number of affixes an item has, which increases the power of the item. These glyphs are acquired by working through dungeons. Some are even found in certain World Tier 3 zones. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs can only be used by characters who have created a dungeon that has the same depth.

To make use of a Glyph you first need to create it using components and then connect them via anchors. The component will then automatically align to other components or paths in the same layer. If you don't want create the glyph using components, you can create it using a combination of paths and Upgrade item anchors. Drag an element near the component that is highlighted to lock it into place.

Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be met for example, 25 Dexterity in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a particular number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which may also be difficult to achieve. Some glyphs also have a radius, which increases as you move up.

Glyphs can be found on a wide variety of items, and are added to all weapons except for weapons of a particular class. Some of these glyphs require conditions for instance, having a certain amount of Dexterity or Attack damage in a specific area on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph has an 5% chance to deflect attacks from enemies. It also has an opportunity of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

There are a few glyphs that could be applied to limited-use tools, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most common glyphs in the game are the attack ones which boost Artifacts' ATK substats by a fixed value. They are especially useful for classes with a range, such as Warriors and Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies who hit the Hero susceptible to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are special tokens that are used to reroll the results rolled while taking an Action. When the reroll happens the tokens are then discarded. Reroll tokens are obtained in several ways, including through raids, dungeons, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased in the shops, or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons or trials, as they allow players to reroll rewards at the bottom of the chest.

Recycle point values are provided for items at the level 1. The upgrade gauge will increase by a certain amount of points each time you recycle an item. This is based on the rarity of the item as well as its level. The upgraded Best item upgrade also will not keep its level when rerolled and the cost to recycle an upgraded item upgrader kit rises as its level rises.

Another option is to use reroll tokens to make an upgrade item rerollable however, this won't bring the item back to its original level or give it its original stats. This is a great option for Upgrade Item those who want to reroll an item or piece of equipment that they don't love but want to keep in their collection.

There are three kinds of upgrade tokens in the game: reroll random and upgrade. Each type comes with its own subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll are available in three levels: enhanced, rare and legendary. Each requires an item of the appropriate level to create an item of that quality.

To use rerolling tokens, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Select a type of token. The available tokens include Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns and Focus. Using an Item token will produce an entirely new Item of any quality. Using the Weapon or Misc token will produce an entirely new weapon belonging to the same faction.

The item can also be upgraded to a new item with similar stats, but at a higher level. This could occur if the item has been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool, or if it was transferred to the pool as part of an franchise card.
